There's no fee to sign up to receive and of the club's discounts. Exclusive to clubs is the Club 4 Visit Pass. This card is a 4-visit pass valid once a week on your pre-selected day. Choose a day (Monday-Friday) that best suits your membership. The average per vist cost is only $31.50 for Mon-Thurs and $39 for Friday w/o rentals.
After November 6th, the discount drops to 20% until Dec 1. After Dec 1 you can still get a 10% discount over Perfect's regular prices until Jan 16th. All purchases must be done online through Perfect's website.

Use the 3-line menu in the upper left corner and select the pass you would like to purchase. If you purchased a pass online previously, then you have a login. Use the forgot password link if you can't remember the password. If you haven't purchased a pass online before then create a new account.
